Membership Terms & Conditions
Applies to all Vehicle Service Memberships and Discount Memberships
*Member discounts apply to qualifying parts and labor at standard retail pricing. Discounts do not apply to maintenance memberships, bundled service packages, promotional pricing, tires, alignments, batteries, specialty fluids, aftermarket or performance parts (unless otherwise stated), sublet services, or body and paint work. Discounts may not be combined with other offers.
These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all vehicle service memberships offered by Elite Performance Specialists (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any membership, the customer (“you” or “member”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Membership Overview
All memberships are subscription-based service plans intended to provide predictable maintenance, exclusive savings, and long-term vehicle care. Membership benefits vary by tier and are subject to the limitations described in this document.
Memberships apply to one (1) vehicle only, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
2. Billing, Term & Cancellation
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.
Benefits are based on a 12-month service period.
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Benefits remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Unused services do not roll over or accumulate.
Refunds are not issued for partially used service periods.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused services.
Downgrade Policy
Membership downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Services included in higher tiers are not available once downgraded.
Upgrade Policy
Memberships may be upgraded at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed at the new rate going forward.
3. Vehicle Eligibility
Membership coverage applies to one specific vehicle registered at enrollment.
Vehicle eligibility is verified at the first service visit and may be reverified if vehicle information changes.
Commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, or heavily modified vehicles may require approval.
4. Oil Type & Capacity Requirements (All Maintenance Memberships)
Oil Type
Vehicles must be enrolled in the oil type tier required by the manufacturer.
Vehicles requiring full synthetic oil must be enrolled in a Full Synthetic tier.
Oil requirements are verified at service and may require a membership upgrade.
Oil Capacity
Membership pricing includes standard oil capacity up to seven (7) quarts.
Vehicles requiring additional oil may incur a per-quart charge at discounted member pricing.
Specialty oils, European-spec oils, diesel oils, high-performance oils, or non-standard filters are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Service Scheduling & Availability
Services are performed by appointment during normal business hours.
Appointments are subject to availability.
Same-day or emergency service is not guaranteed.
Priority scheduling applies only to select membership tiers.
6. Abuse, Misuse & Service Limits
Services are limited to manufacturer-recommended service intervals.
Excessive, early, or abusive service requests are not permitted.
Elite Performance Specialists reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships due to misuse.
7. Discounts & Member Pricing
Members receive 10% off qualifying parts and labor not included in their membership.
Discounts may not be combined with other promotions or offers.
Some exclusions apply.
8. Membership Changes & Modifications
Memberships may be upgraded at any time; upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrades may be applied at the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, services, or terms with reasonable notice.
9. Service Coverage by Membership Tier

Basic Maintenance Membership
Includes:
Up to four (4) oil changes per 12-month period
Standard oil filter with each service
Basic multi-point vehicle inspections
Does not include:
Repairs, diagnostics, brake services, specialty fluids, or detailing

Complete Maintenance Membership
Includes:
Everything in the Basic Maintenance Membership
Brake pads and rotors for one (1) axle per year (standard replacement only)
Priority scheduling (when available)
Does not include:
Performance brake upgrades, calipers, brake fluid flushes unless stated

Includes:
Everything in the Complete Maintenance Membership
Two (2) professional vehicle details per year
Highest priority scheduling
Concierge-style service benefits

Includes:
10% off qualifying parts and labor
Member-only pricing benefits
Does not include:
Any maintenance or repair services
10. Exclusions (All Memberships)
Memberships do not cover:
Diagnostics or troubleshooting
Repairs beyond stated coverage
Specialty fluids or additives
Aftermarket or performance modifications
Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or external factors
11. No Guarantees or Warranties
Memberships provide maintenance services only and do not guarantee prevention of future repairs or vehicle failures.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Mopar Performance of Texas reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is unsafe to operate or outside the scope of membership coverage.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any membership service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
